Delicate Species

Not all fish adapt well to life in aquariums. Some need more space than we can offer, some are prone to illness, and others simply do not eat in captivity. Because of this, we do not offer these species in the same way that we do others.

Occasionally, we will refuse to sell a fish to go into an unsuitable tank. But, if your tank is able to support such a finicky fishy, we are willing to attempt a successful quarantine. However, due to the high risk of losing the fish, we do expect a certain difference in communication and cost. Please contact us for more details.
